  Homemade Ground Beef - Course 102

Ground Beef, Steps 4 - 7


Step 4: Grind the meat.

Feed the meat one slice at a time into the grinder.

Step 6: Weigh out 6 oz. portions.

 
Weigh out 6 oz. portions of the freshly ground beef

Step 7: Ground Beef Patty Storage.

The 6 oz. portions are pressed into patties and placed on cookie sheet to go in the freezer for an hour, prior to double wrapping in clear plastic wrap, and placed in an air tight zip lock bag, or other air-tight container.
